Pam is 5'10" and a size 4X. She asked me for help in finding her some tall, plus sized pajamas.
Tall, plus size pajamas are ridiculously hard to find. I wish I had some gorgeous silk pajamas to show you, but I can't seem to find any that are long enough. Here are the options I have found for tall, plus size pajamas, but I want you to know I'm not too pleased with the results. I found one company willing to custom make you a pair for $1800 (what a rip off- no thanks). You'd be better off going to a local tailor and see if they can make you a pair.

- Pajama City claims their unisex, adult fitted pajamas fit someone up to 7' tall and with waists up 70". Unless you want to look like a toddler, skip the dinosaur prints and go for a solid color.
Another option is to get a custom made caftan in your size and the length you desire.Although I hate recommending men's clothing to women, you could probably get by with a pair of men's big and tall pajamas.
